As long as you rinse it out well you should be able to use different chemicals in the same sprayer. The industry standard for cleaning out a sprayer between chemicals is whats known as a triple rinse. Run clean water, or clean water and soap through the tank as well as the hose, wand and nozzle and repeat 3 times to make sure all previous chemical residue has been removed.
