Can Optigard Flex Liquid be used on fruit trees?

It's a constant battle and I've read that thiamethoxam is effective on mango scale and mealy bug. Would this be safe to use on fruit trees?

Optigard Flex Liquid cannot be used on fruit trees of any kind. We would recommend Monterey Fruit Tree Spray Plus, which is a broad spectrum fungicide, insecticide, and miticide in one that will provide an ideal solution for your organic gardening problems, and is ORMI Listed.  You can use this product up until the day of harvest.
