Per the product label:  For use on Horses to control:Horn flies, face flies,stable flies, house flies,horse flies, black flies,eye gnats, mange mites,scabies mites, ticks, lice and fleas: Use ¼ fl. oz. to 1 pt. water, 0.6257% AI. Low pressure spray. Application: 1-2 fl. oz. spray per animal. Spot treat back, face, legs tail and ears.
