Can Propiconazole 14.3 be used on newly laid sod?

I have newly laid St Augustine (Palmetto) sod and have read that it's a good idea to put down a fungicide as a preventative since new sod requires so much water. Can Propiconazole 14.3 be used for this? What is a good rate?
