Can Prowl H2O Herbicide be applied to kill weeds over established clover crop/pasture without injuring the clover?

Answer:

Prowl H2O Herbicide is not labeled for use on clovers or other legumes except for alfalfa. Broadleaf weeds would have to be handpulled or directly spot treated with a non selective like Roundup QuickPro. Grassy weeds can be controlled with Grass Out Max without injuring clover.  Please view the Grass Out Max product label for more information.
