Can I put Fastrac Pellets Place Paks Rodenticide under my gas range to treat for mice as they are avoiding the glue traps?

I live in the city of Philadelphia, alot of NEW HOUSE construction going on close by...I noticed mouse droppings under gas range when I pulled my clean warmer drawer out (yuk)
