Can I put Pennington 32-3-25% Uflexx .03 Iron Turf Fertilizer on my St Augustine grass in December?

Answer:

We would not advise applying Pennington 32-3-8 25% Uflexx. 0.3 Iron Turf Fertilizer during winter months or when soil temps are below 45ºF and/or air temperatures do not exceed 85ºF. Fertilize after sodding and aerating, in early spring after the last frost, and every 6-8 weeks during the growing season. You can also fertilize in the early fall to increase nutrients.
