Can Reward Landscape and Aquatic Herbicide be sold to California to use on landscapes?

Reward Landscape and Aquatic Herbicide can be used in landscape beds and sold/shipped to California. The product label does state that this product cannot be used to treat Ornamental Seed Crops (flowers, bulbs, etc) in California.  Please view page 9 of the product label for information on the use in Landscapes.
