Can Scythe Herbicide be used on Fraser fir to inhibit cone production?

Answer:

Scythe Herbicide is a post-emergent, nonselective herbicide for the control of grassy and broadleaf weeds, moss, and certain algaes only, it will not inhibit cone production.
