Answer:

Unfortunately, we don't carry a product by the name Rally so we would not be able to advise on tank mixing it with the Southern AG Liquid Copper Fungicide.  If it is an insecticide or herbicide we would recommend separate applications.  If it another type of fungicide we would recommend doing a jar text of the two products for compatibility and to test if they emulsify prior to tank mixing them on a larger scale.
