Can SpeedZone Lawn Weed Killer Concentrate be used around rose bushes and fruit trees?

I have weeds growing all over my rose bushes and fruit trees.

SpeedZone Lawn Weed Killer Concentrate should be only applied to listed, established lawns. Avoid applications/drift on bushes, roses, and other plants. Avoid application of fruit trees also. We recommend treating 15 ft away from edibles.
