Can I spray Bonide Fruit Tree Spray Concentrate now when the trees are dormant?

I have apple and cherry trees, the older apple tree has spots on it. I read that I need to put a dormant oil on the tree before spring.

Answer:

Dormant oil is applied during dormancy. Bonide Fruit Tree Spray Concentrate is applied only in green tip, pre bloom, full pink, petal fall, 1st cover and  2nd cover stages to listed trees only.
