Can I spray Turflon Ester on bermuda in the Fall, when temps are below 90 degrees?

Monterey Turflon Ester Herbicide will kill bermudagrass as this product is for cool season turfgrass such as Perennial Bluegrass, Perennial Ryegrass, Tall Fescue Turf-grass. It would only be used on dormant bermudagrass.
