Can Surflan AS be sprayed on hay fields?

Noticed it said Do not graze or forage feed from treated areas to livestock. Is there a waiting period after spaying 2 quarts per acre?

Answer:

Surflan AS Herbicide is not labeled to be used in hay fields or pastures  where animals graze.  You would not be able to use the area for hay for at least 1 year.  Pastora is the only pre-emergent we carry labeled for use in select hay field types.  Please refer to the product label to confirm it would fit your needs.
