Yes, the Outdoor Flea & Tick Kit can be mixed with hot water, but the temperature of the water will not have any result on the effectiveness, so room temp or cold water is fine as well. The Cyzmic CS and Archer IGR are both labeled for mosquito control, so you can use it for that in your yard and other areas mosquitoes would breed and harbor.
