No, T-Nex Plant Growth Regulator is not labeled for use on shrubs. An alternative product would be Atrimmec Plant Growth Regulator (PGR) as this product can be used on Hedges, shrubs, trees and groundcovers to slow unwanted growth. Please refer to the Foliar Sprays For Growth Regulation (shrubs, hedges, and groundcovers)Section and Table 1 on page 2 of the product label for a list of tolerant ornamentals,shrubs, etc that are safe for application as well as the recommended mix rates. On hedges, shrubs and groundcovers one gallon of spray solution covers 400 to 600 square feet.
