Can I treat soil with Bayer Advanced Complete Insect Killer For Soil & Turf before sodding?

I am re-sodding my lawn, and while removing the old grass and weeds I am finding grubs, beetles, etc. Should I use this product before I install the new turf (St. Augustine), or after? Thanks!
