Can I use Bonide Sedge Ender Concentrate where I planted spring bulbs?

Also when would be the best time to apply it if that's the case. I planted crocus anemone and Muscory under my lawn.

Answer:

Since Bonide Sedge Ender contains both prodiamine and sulfentrazone and is labeled as not for use around desirable ornamental plants, we do not recommend using this product where you have planted bulbs.

If the bulbs are in an ornamental bed, then you could apply Snapshot  2-4 weeks after planting the bulbs but before weed emergence.
