Can I use CuPRO 5000 DF Fungicide use on apple trees with Fire Blight?

I was told this was ok to use of apple trees. We have fire blight and also some black spots on leaves. I used it last year and it worked good I just wasn't sure if it were safe after reading over some of the questions and answers there. Thanks

CuPRO 5000 DF Fungicide is not labeled to be used on apples, only crabapples.
