We have a nutsege infestation in new sod planted over infested 3 way soil. We are going to remove the sod and 3 way under it. Can we spray Dimension on the soil to prevent new nutsege from growing before installing new sod?
Dimension 2EW is one of the best pre-emergents we carry, but it’s not labeled to prevent Nutsedge. We do carry a product that is labeled for that called Echelon 4SC Herbicide, but according to the label, it is recommended that sod be established for at least six (6) months before an application of Echelon 4SC Herbicide.
