Can I use Gly Pho-Sel Pro 41% with Surfactant where I plan on having a garden?

I read the label, it seems like I could use this to broadcast spray and kill some weeds where I want to plant a vegetable garden. Is that true? Thanks.

Gly Pho-Sel Pro 41% with Surfactant can be used to kill any weeds in an area you want to plant edibles.  You would need to wait 2 weeks after application to plant in the treated area.
