Hi  Yield Garden, Pet and Livestock Dust should not ever be used indoors on carpets and is not labeled for that use. No matter what someone advises you to do, always read the label and follow the labels instructions over all else as the label is the law and the correct and safest way to use the product you have.  If you want to treat carpets indoors for fleas we would suggest using our Indoor Flea Kit which is labeled for indoor use and will do a much better job of controlling fleas than the Hi-Yield Garden dust would, even if it were labeled for indoor use.
