According to the label chrome-extension://oemmndcbldboiebfnladdacbdfmadadm/https://www.domyown.com/msds/All-Seasons-HD-Spray-Oil-Label.pdf  you can spray as needed but please refer to page 19 for the timing and dilution rates.
