Can I use Pennington Alaska Morbloom 0-10-10 and fish fertilizer on foliage or apply to the soil/roots?

Pennington Alaska Morbloom 0-10-10 would be applied to the soil and not as a foliar application as most fish fetilizers. Please review the Pennington Alaska Morbloom 0-10-10 product label for more information.
