Can I use Southern Ag 20-20-20 on pastures?

If so, how much per 100 gal of water?

Southern Ag 20-20-20 Soluble Fertilizer is not labeled for use on pastures, so we do not recommend it for this use. We carry a fertilizer called Hay-Now that is a fertilizer specifically designed for pastures.
