Can I use Southern AG Liquid Copper Fungicide for oil palm tree?

Answer:

Yes, Southern AG Liquid Copper Fungicide should be safe on all palms but does not list them on the label.  Due to the large numbers of species and varieties of ornamentals, it is impossible to test every one for sensitivity to Liquid Copper Fungicide. Neither the manufacturer nor seller recommends use upon species not listed on the label nor has it been determined that Liquid Copper Fungicide can safely be used on ornamental plants not listed on this label. The user should determine if Liquid Copper Fungicide can be used safely prior to use

Mix with water and apply as a cover spray. Apply 4 -6 teaspoons per gallon, beginning when disease is expected or first symptoms appear. Repeat every 7 to 10 days as needed to control disease. Use higher rates and shorter intervals during periods of frequent rain or when severe disease conditions are present. For aiding in winter protection, apply just prior to anticipated frost conditions. Please refer to product label, for directions.
