I just did a full renovation on my lawn and reseeded with a low cut KGB cultivar. I bought soil not thinking about having it sterilized. Now I have chickweed sprouts all over the lawn. can I spray Tenacity on such a freshly seeded lawn. its been almost 2 weeks after second seeding.
You will need to wait until the new grass has germinated and is well-established before applying Tenacity or other post-emergent herbicides. Turfgrass is generally considered established after the second mowing.
