Answer:

Per the manufacturer, as long as you had watered in the Prodiamine with 1/2” of water after application, this would have washed the product off of the leaf blade and put it down into the soil so, then you can compost your grass clippings.  If you did not water it in after application, then no, you would not want to compost your clippings.
