Can I use a tiller to turn dead ivy leaves killed by Southern Ag Brush Killer into the ground and then plant wildflower seeds? Will this kill the wildflower seeds?

We would not recommend tilling or mixing dead leaves, foliage or weeds into soil that have been treated with Southern Ag Brush Killer into soil.
