Can I use a Vector Fogger with the Mosquito Control Kit - Professional?

I need a quick knock for flies and mosquitoes. We have been using the misting pump sprayer with this kit for two months but we still have lots of mosquitoes and its late November in San Antonio TX. Haven't experienced the quick knock out this kit promises. We do not leave near a body of water.

The products in the Mosquito Control Kit - Professional cannot be dispersed in a fogger including a Vector Fogger.
