Crossfire is expensive for 13 oz and I had half a gallon left over after treating my house, why does it say to use within 24 hours? Is it because it is not as affective?
Crossfire Bed Bug Concentrate should be used within 24 hours of being diluted and prepared for application for optimal results, according to the product label. This is because the active ingredient will begin to break down, causing the solution to be less effective.
If you wish to use half of the 13 oz. bottle, or 6.5 oz. of product in your next application to yield only a half gallon of finished solution, you would also reduce the amount of water for dilution by half to 57.5 oz., which would treat 500 sq. ft..
