Hose end sprayers are not recommended to be used with most herbicides since you cannot control the accuracy of your application with those models. A tank sprayer that is either hand pump, backpack, or tow style would be a much better option since you can regulate how much water has been dispersed at a time, which you cannot do with a hose end sprayer. The mix rate of Weedmaster varies widely based on what plants you are targeting specifically with it, so without more specific information we couldn't give you an estimate on what rate you could possible set your dial to on your sprayer.
