Terro Fruit Fly Traps are meant to be discarded after 45 days of use.  They are not designed to be refilled and repeatedly used.  An alternative option for a liquid fruit fly attractant is the InVite Liquid Lure. This can be used in small glass jars or similar small containers to trap fruit flies, drain flies or small flies. For outdoor use and larger capacity trapping for insects such as European hornets and yellow jackets, InVite Liquid Lure can be used in the PFT Yellow Hanging Traps
