Can you spray Monterey Horticultural Oil on house plants and succulents without hurting them?

Answer:

Monterey Horticultural Oil is not specifically labeled to treat succulent plants and is only labeled for outdoor plants.  Bonide Insecticidal Soap RTU would be a better option to use.
