Cimarron Plus Herbicide is not labeled for Johnsongrass.
Pastora is an option if it's a bermudagrass pasture.
Cimarron Plus Herbicide is not labeled to be used around oats.
Cimarron Plus Herbicide is labeled to treat blackberry. Per the label, apply 0.125 to 1.25 oz. ijn 100 gallosn of water per acre as a broadcast application to established grasses in rangeland, pastures, grass hay fields or acres enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP). For spot applications, mix 1.25 oz. of product per 100 gal of water.
Cimarron Plus Herbicide is labeled for Bermuda in general with no exceptions, so it should also be safe for coastal Bermuda. However, you can test a small area of first to ensure it does not damage it
Cimarron Plus Herbicide is labeled safe for Bermuda but not labeled for Zoysia. It is not for home lawn use as well, only for use in Rangeland, pastures, grass hay fields or grasses in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP), on selected uncultivated areas.
When to plant in a treated area of Cimarron Plus Herbicide is determined by the rate of the product breaksdown and varies depending on your area and type of seed planting. Please refer to pages 14-17 on the product label for complete instructions.
Cimarron Plus Herbicide is not labeled to kill dallisgrass. Depending on the area you need to treat on and type of grass in the area, there are not many selectives available for dallisgrass.
Cimarron Plus Herbicide is a dry flowable granular formula. Dry flowable means mixed with water in a tank and needs to be continuously agitated during the application.
Cimarron Plus Herbicide is only to be used on Rangeland, pastures, grass hay fields or grasses in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP), on selected uncultivated areas. It is not for use around plants for human consumption or ornamental plantings.
In order to advise you on your mix rate of Cimmaron Plus Herbicide we would need to know what weeds you are targeting. There are varying use rates which you can also view directly to find your mixture, listed on the Cimmaron Plus Product Label. The label does only give rates per acre in 100 gallons as well and the product is not designed for smaller areas.
The product label for Cimarron Plus Herbicide states: This product is toxic to plants and may adversely impart the forage and habitat of non-target organisms, inlcuding pollinators, in areas adjacent to the treated area. Protect the forage and habitat of non-target organims by minimizing spray drift. For further guidance and instructions on how to minimize drift, refer to the Spray Drift Management section of this label.
Cimarron Plus Herbicide is safe to be used on Native Grasses such as BlueStem grass. You can view the full list of tolerant grass types under the Rangeland, Pastures, Grass Hay Fields and Crops Section on page 17 of the product label.
When using Cimarron Plus Herbicide the overseeding wait time will vary depending on the type of grass or crop you are seeding or recrop with. It is labeled to control curly dock. Please look over the Label on pages 25 and 26 for the full list. It is only for use on Rangeland, pastures, grass hay fields or grasses in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP), on selected uncultivated areas not on home lawns like Tenacity.
We apologize, however we cannot recommend using Cimarron Plus Herbicide on your Kentucky Blue grass lawn as it is not labeled for use on any residential lawns. This product is for pasture, rangeland and hay fields only.
We do not carry a product that will take fescue out of kentucky blue grass. Unfortunately, they are so closely related that you cannot selectively remove it with any product that we are aware of. Your best option in this scenario is to kill the fescue with a glyphosate product such as Killzall Weed and Grass Killer and then re-seed with your KBG.
Cimarron Plus Herbicide is not labeled to control nimblewill. Depending on the area you need to treat Tenacity is the best option we carry but not for use in the same areas as Cimarron.
