CimeXa is floating in the air after dusting the edges of the carpet. How do I resolve this?

I placed CimeXa using your duster around the perimeter of the room and some got on the carpet. I waited until the dust settled, but even after misting the edges with water, the Cimexa is still floating up into the air. I've vacuumed with Hepa filter 2 times and still in the air. How do I resolve this issue?
