Citrus tree was accidentally sprayed with insect disease and mite control. After realizing the trees were immediately hosed down. Will this damage the tree? Are the trees no longer good now?

If a citrus tree was sprayed with Bio Advanced 3-in-1 Insect Disease & Mite Control RTS we would advise of disposing of any fruit on the tree & not consuming fruits from this tree for one growing season.
