Coupling part?

Part #5 "aerator" in the description does not physically appear to link with the small diameter hose inside wand assembly. Part physically links to the hose?

Answer:

According to the manufacturer for the B&G PAS, at the end of the hose there is a brass barbed adapter. The barb goes into the hose and the adapter side is where the aerator sits in.
