Harsh odor, good price and quick knockdown
By Erik on 10/16/2014
Wear a mask because this smell will get into your nose and stay all day. Very cost effective and provides fast knockdown and long residual. I'd suggest something with a transfer effect for ants though...and use this stuff for spiders, stink bugs, etc. There are better products with less odor but they do cost up to 4x as much

Eh...
By Olivia on 02/22/2019
I used this, completely filled every crack and crevice upstairs in my home, and I, unfortunately, couldn't get every crevice downstairs. However, I was hopeful. It completely eradicated the bedbugs I had. The problem was the roaches..... it helped for MAYBE 2 weeks and they've swarmed back.... Purchasing Advion now. I might purchase this again to give it a fair chance, maybe I watered it down too much, I don't know. It would be extremely helpful if they sent a little syringe or cup for measurement so I didn't have to use my own and throw them away after use.

Still on the Fence
By Lisa on 07/13/2017
Wanted to find a good diy pesticide so decided to try this one because of all the good reviews but i'm not really sold on it yet. I saw some ants and other tiny bugs running away when i was applying it around the house outside even though i hardly smelled anything so was wondering if it was even strong enough or working in the first place. once i saw the bugs running i felt better but the next day bugs were still getting in my house somehow. will need to find something stronger.

Didn't do much for yellowjackets
By Eric on 08/31/2020
Yellowjackets were coming in a corner of an overhead (garage) door into our facility. Liberally soaking the inside and outside did not stop them from entering. When the facility lights were off during a weekend, the liberal soaking around the glass entry door did definitely but slowly kill those that lighted on it. I used 0.4 oz. in 3/4 gallon of water, so it was at the high end of label concentration. I would not recommend this for yellowjackets (hornets with black and yellow stripes on the abdomen).

Cyzmic
By Pamela on 03/30/2024
I thought this would be a good product to add to Cyonara but the results weren't what I needed.
Expert response:
We apologize you did not achieve the intended results. Cyonara and Cyzmic contain the same active ingredient and would not be tank mixed together as there is no benefit to doing so. While you could rotate between the 2 every application they are both synthetic pyrethyroids and work well just on their own.
