Demon Max is labeled for roaches, and you may mix this product with an insect growth regulator such as Gentrol for better control. You do not need to mix Demon Max with another insecticide. If you have older siding and are wanting to treat for boxelder bugs and other overwintering pests on the side of the home, as well as mosquitoes and various other insects, we would not suggest going with the Demon Max. The oils in the product are very likely to stain the side of the home. We would suggest going with a product like Talstar P instead since it will dry clear, there will be no risk of staining or discoloring, it is low odor and can be used for overwintering pests as well as mosquitoes and others. Talstar is mixed between 0.5 - 1 oz per gallon of water and can be used monthly or quarterly for pest control. If your neighbors are not treating then yes that will certainly make your applications a bit more of an uphill battle so try to encourage them to treat as well or see if they will allow you to treat the main areas of insect populations as well. You can spray trees and bushes for boxelder and beetle control to help reduce the numbers that make their way to your home.
No, Demon Max does not stop working once it has dried. This is a residual product, which means it will continue to kill insects after your application has dried. It will provide approximately a 30 days residual outdoors, and a 90 days residual indoors.
For residential lawns, apply Demon Max at the rate of 0.33-0.65 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft in a volume of water sufficient for uniform coverage such as 3-20 gal for mole crickets. Use the lower rate to knock down pests and the higher rate where faster knockdown or greater residual is desired. The maximum application rate on lawns and other turfgrass is 0.44 lb ai/A (0.0101 lb ai/1,000 sq ft). Lawn should not be longer than 3 inches at the time of application. You can add a surfactant to the mixture for more effective results.
Demon Max is not labeled to be used to treat for mites. We advise to find the source of the infestation and removing the infested nest and doing a thorough cleanup is necessary. For treatment in the home, we recommend you frequently vacuum all carpet and upholstry and dispose of the bag of vacuum contents in a sealed bag outdoors. Spray Sterifab on couches, chairs and other upholstered furniture where you may spend time resting. Use Cimexa Dust in all cracks and crevices around the perimeter of the room. Apply a thin coat of MotherEarth dust to rugs and carpets. Rake (not sweep) back and forth, causing dust to enter rug or carpet. Let product sit overnight. Repeat application as necessary and vacuum every 3-4 days for effective control. Onslaught can be used for a faster knockdown. Thoroughly apply as a fine particle broadcast spray using a hand pump sprayer to infested cracks and crevices around the perimeter of each room. Put all clothes through the dryer on high heat to help kill mites and their eggs. We have had many customers use the above recommendations with great success. Most customers report that it could take several months to get rid of all the mites. Finding and removing the source of the infestation is very important and is the key to getting rid of the mites.

They are both the same product. The green label is the new look for the bottle to match the manufacturer's other product line and the one with the red on the label was used previously.
Demon Max provides excellent perimeter control of all common roaches and most other common crawling pests, however a treatment for subterranean termites is very different from the treatment for General Pest Prevention because these pests do not crawl on the surface of ground like other insects. Demon Max CANNOT be used in poultry houses. Depending on what you are treating for you, can use Bifen IT, as it is listed on the product label to be used in poultry houses. It can take up to 2 hours to dry. Do not apply where they may graze.
Unfortunately, no Demon Max is not labeled for use on cows or any livestock or animals. You would need to use something like Martins Permethrin 10% which can be used on livestock.

While Demon Max can have some knock down properties, it is not considered a contact kill product. It is a residual insecticide that once dry will last on the surface 3-6 months indoors (although you would respray more frequently for an active infestation) and 30-60 days outdoors depending on how the elements effect it over time.
