Good stuff. Has slight odor but disappears quickly. Only spray my house 1 to 2 times a year.

I have been using this for over 10 years for all my past control needs. I have never been disappointed. The only issue I am having with it now, is the new place I moved into has a seriously bad carpenter ant problem..... and while this has definitely helped control them, keep them out of the house, and definitely knock down their numbers, I am noticing it does not seem to affect them once dry. If I can locate their source and spray directly on it, i never see them THERE again.... but I have noticed they kinda just move somewhere else..... then I have to locate nest again and spray. I cut down all the overgrown saplings around the house they were living in and sprayed the stumps, but I still see scouts roaming about where there is supposedly residue and they don't seem to be affected. I know ants are a whole nother ball game tho. This stuff has completely rid my new place of everything else. Roaches, spiders, gnats, ect. There was a terrible wood/water roach problem when I first moved in. Sprayed twice, 4 months later, STILL have never seen another one. (alive anyway)

A very good pesticide for all common pest. The best pesticide I have ever used. My biggest problems are spiders and ants and it does a great job on them. Would recommend to anyone.

do my own recommendd this product five years ago for my camp in the swamp and it works fantastic. it kills roach's for month after I spray my deck around my camp and it kills fire ants. meaning they are dead. I mix 2 oz per gallon of water, step on the mound to piss them off and spray them and they die with in a minute. well worth it.

It does not kill the bugs it just pisses them off. There is no support here just rotten

Demon Max application is fast and easy. In 2 treatments for Elm Bugs and we got our patio back! Also treated the french doors leading out of our dining room. With great success I decided to treat the outside of our whole house and every Elm Bug has left for somewhere else. Good Riddance!

I have used other Demon products for years but this year in particular we have had a stampede of many different kinds of insects. I needed something for a wider range of insects including scorpions. I purchased Demon Max and it did the trick. I seems to put a lasting barrier around all doors and windows inside and outside my homes. So far, if any insect including scorpions cross the sprayed area they die. Use plenty of ventilation if used indoors because you can smell it's strength. I will Rd-order

This product is amazing! My husband remember using it over 30 years ago and it still works the same today. After spraying around the outside of our home, the bugs and ants were affected immediately. Worth every penny!

This is terrible for mosquitoes. We live in the desert southwest near farmers who flood irrigate and we have a terrible mosquito problem. As summer heats up we get the day biters aedes agypti terribly and this stuffed absolutely nothing to get rid of them.

Nothing kills Water Bugs and a whole lot of other bugs better then Demon Max. My home is free of bugs for 3 months with one application. Highly recommend this product. Really works.

I use Demon to kill fire ants, and spray under my and the perimeter oF my house. It kills the bugs and forms a 30-90 day barrier to keep them at bay. Great chemical!

This product works, had a bad ant problem (redblack) numerous hills, used Demon Max according to instructions 1/2oz to 1gal of water, poured it directly into the holes of the ants , a day later, No more ants. This product is awesome!!!!!

I sprayed per label. Killed spiders and fire ants on contact but no residual like the website says. I've sprayed twice in 3 weeks. Once double rate. Whatever insect doesn't get actually sprayed doesn't die. I have as many spiders now as I did before I sprayed. Very disappointed.

Use it in the fall around the outside of the house for Asian Beetles. Works great as they just drop off the walls. Doesn't seem to bother the siding (factory finished) but does make a mess on the windows (to be expected.) I like to wash them all before winter anyway so no matter.
