This product works, had a bad ant problem (redblack) numerous hills, used Demon Max according to instructions 1/2oz to 1gal of water, poured it directly into the holes of the ants , a day later, No more ants. This product is awesome!!!!!

I sprayed per label. Killed spiders and fire ants on contact but no residual like the website says. I've sprayed twice in 3 weeks. Once double rate. Whatever insect doesn't get actually sprayed doesn't die. I have as many spiders now as I did before I sprayed. Very disappointed.

Use it in the fall around the outside of the house for Asian Beetles. Works great as they just drop off the walls. Doesn't seem to bother the siding (factory finished) but does make a mess on the windows (to be expected.) I like to wash them all before winter anyway so no matter.

I'm on my second bottle and very happy with results. Living in South Florida pest control is not an option and this product works very well and fast. It does have a bit of a smell when first applied but it only last about an hour. Highly recommend the product and the customer service at Do My Own was incredibly professional.

This is the best ever. I have used Demon Max for about a year my wife is so happy there are NO bugs anywhere in our home. I am a 69 year old person and have tried everything out there and this can not be beat.

This is a great product, but I spayed it in the attic, side closet storage, winter time low temperatures , the fumes/odor were very strong had to open windows turn on fans

I bought this initially get rid of house centipedes from my basement. Well, it did that plus I haven't seen any form of spider or anything else in all areas I sprayed this. I also used this in my garage attached to my home, again no forms of life at all. Highly recommend this product.

Without this product, our log home would be destroyed by carpenter bees. I've been using it for 10+ years. Tank mix and spray. No visible residue left. We treat every 3 months while the carpenter bees are active. Of course, we use on low wind days and cover any flowers to protect the bees we love. Do My Own has the best price and the delivery is prompt.

I have a problem with scorpions and spiders. I spray outside and inside every month from March through November and no issues.. except cleaning up dead bugs. I have cats and dogs, but I keep them away for 8 hours after spraying. Also, I have helped my friend get rid of 3 kinds of roaches.. sprayed every week for 6 weeks then switched to every 2 weeks for a few months.. now only once a month. Best poison ever!

I have used this product regularly and as directed for several years. I have no crawling pest issues in or around my home. I am extremely satisfied.

I used Demon max outside and very carefully circled any access panels to the house and around the ground service panels. Combined with roach traps inside the house. Retreated when it rained or waterering over any sprayed area. Problem cleared up and, the yard is practically insect free!

Have used this for a few years it Takes care of a variety of pest's, I also use other DoMyOwn products to switch it up so insects cannot become immune to any one product, I use Permethrin SFR the oil base to add to my oil base stain that I use to stain my log cabin this keeps the wood chewing insects at bay.

I have been using Demon Max for a couple years now and it works wonderful for mosquitoes and a number of other bugs. Just continue to spray every 30 days because this helps build that border around your property.

This stuff works GREAT! I've had an earwig problem for the past two years and nothing I used would kill them except for Demon Max. When I went to check where I sprayed, all of the ones who came on my porch were dead.

This product is great for killing fire ant beds. I pour about 1 gallon made up slowly on top of the bed and find the main entrance and let it go down the main tunnel. I also have a garden sprayer to spray around the bed to kill the one left on the outside of the bed.

So far no callbacks with carpenter ants. Weather has been brutal so it seems to be working well.
