I am renting a property while building a home in SC. - Went to the patio to grill and saw half dozen palmetto bugs between patio surface and siding overlap along with obvious evidence of a nest that the exterminator for management company should have seen. Suspended grilling and mixed some Demon. 12 hrs later... 27 dead roaches on a 10x10 space. - Laying in bed and one skittered across my leg. Sprayed the interior margins of the living space and the only roach I've seen is a carcass. i appreciate insects but roaches and 'living' don't mix! Unfortunately, Demon is indiscriminate. My apologies for collateral damage but Demon is my 'go to insecticide' for barrier protection in SC as it was in KY.

We moved into a house that had been vacant for several years. The grass was high, and the bugs were coming inside. My wife was calling the pest control company to try and stop the scorpions when we happened on DemonWP at Tractor Supply. Here it is- this stuff works. Spray liberally and let it dry along the outside of the house, and the bugs will be lying dead where you treated. Inside, I sprayed the baseboards and entry areas. The scorpions found inside are in the spray area, and are dead. I have no bugs, from roaches to scorpions to ants to spiders, it just works. Buy with confidence, you will not be disappointed.

I had just put on Demon WP inside and outside my house to control earwigs and roaches, a day later I saw a few dead roaches in my garage and a few outside along with a Black Widow! I didn't even know I had those. I feel a bit safer knowing that my 2 year old, 3 month old, and small dog should be safe. Well, I don't know about my 2 year old. He's in everything ;) The local pest control service wanted 50 dollars a month to get rid of bugs or 150 for a one time application. For 15 dollars and 4 treatments that probably will work better anyway. Forget the exterminator :)

Living in a townhome, you're not just concerned with your own home, but also what the neighbors have. And in North Carolina, roaches outdoors will find a way in, especially when it starts getting colder. I used another product from Do My Own (advion) and it was okay, but it doesn't stop anything from coming inside. They just eventually die once they're inside and take the bait. Nasty. I tried Demon WP and used the recommended sprayer to apply it. It was easy to mix. I sprayed along the foundation outside and used the fine spray setting on the baseboards indoors. The next day I saw 3 dead roaches on the patio. And since then absolutely no roach has been seen in my home - dead or alive. This is the stuff. It works!

Our home is in a heavily wood area north of Houston, Texas. From the first day we moved in we were seeing a lot of spiders, both inside the house and the garage. We treated the exterior with Diazonon once a year and ended the spider problem. When Diazonon became no longer available, we switched to professional exterminator services. After trying numerous different professional exterminators, and still having spiders, we tired of wasting money on the "professionals". We decided to return to DIY pest control method. After much research we decided to try the Demon WP product. We used 2 scoops per gallon and sprayed inside and outside both the house and the garage. While spraying in the garage we sprayed a medium sized spider directly. It was legs up in seconds. Upon closer examination we found it to be a young black widow spider. YIKES! While spraying inside the house we sprayed a medium sized wolf spider directly. It walked right through a puddle of Demon and just kept going. We kept an eye on him and about an hour later he was balled up dead. Interesting that this product kills black widows in a matter of seconds, but it takes about hour to take out a wolf spider. The day after application we found quite a few dead wolf spiders, june bugs and Mosquitoes outside and no critters inside (dead or alive). We'll provide an update in a few months regarding the long term effectiveness of the DEMON WP product.

This product will never seize to surprise me. I used 2 packets during the pandemic because we were having a lot of insect problems and I didn't get to make a review then but I remember when I woke up - dead insects everywhere. It stayed like that until it rained then things got washed up and I didn't to apply again. This year 2023, we've been getting all sorts of insects but mostly spiders, they've invaded our backyard, garage, restrooms even rooms. So I decided to spray the two leftover packets from 3 years ago and HOURS later - dead spiders everywhere, black widows, false widows, long legs you name it. Pill bugs, ants, etc. Right when it dried they all died. The label says I could use 1 packet for basic maintenance so I'll probably try that and see how strong 1 packet would do but two is the answer for your problems - it still leaves a white residue, its not as noticeable on lighter surfaces but be careful where you spray it, you don't wanna spray it on a black or dark surface.

There are a lot of pests in TN, spiders all over the inside of my garage/shop, wasps above the back porch roof beams, ants, centipedes and all kinds of other weird bugs. I first purchased this product and a pump sprayer about 3 years ago to treat my garage and was amazed how well it worked. I sprayed the entire perimeter inside about a foot up the wall and a foot out onto the concrete floor and a foot wide swath across the floor under both overhead door openings. I also sprayed where the building meets the slab all the way around the outside. I do it once in the spring and it kills everything that crawls all year long. The only bugs I see are dead on the floor, or almost dead. Huge spiders, everything, just lying there dead, year round. I spray where the wasps nest once in the spring and they are gone from that area all year. I spray the whole inside of my garden shed roof, door openings and corners/floor edges in the spring and there hasn't been a wasp or spider in there since. This stuff is amazing.

Trying to save money during our current economic crisis? Our family cut down on dining out, movies, and new clothes (we have found great buys at Am Vets and Goodwill thrift shops). We also suspended our lawn and pest control services. Our pest control service was costing us $39.00. We live in central California, the agricultural capital of the United States. Because of the many crops that our region grows we have numerous pests. After we stopped our pest control service we were invaded by a variety of nasty pests. Especially Daddy Long Leg spiders. Hundreds of them! We paid a visit to Lowe’s and Home Depot and spent over $150. The stuff we bought controlled about half of the pests but we could not find anything to kill the spiders; until we discovered Demon WP. It took three applications, but they are gone! The morning glories are looking great and I can walk our walkway with out being tied up in spider webs. This stuff really works and it only cost us about $4.00 for three applications. Our pest control charges would have been $117.

I used this product about a month ago and I must first state that I live in a town home. I'll never be rid of all bugs unless everyone treats at the same time. BUT I have noticed a huge difference in the amount of spiders and creepy crawlies hanging around my door and other areas. Right now, there are no spiders anywhere unless they're hiding! (I'm sure they are) I have only treated the outside and spot treated 3 spaces in my basement. I've only found one or two crawlers in my basement since but with spot treating, who knows if they walked across the dust. This product definitely does kill black widows as I found out through spraying that I actually had some. Unfortunately I can't vouch for watching what it does to the bugs, but I know that upon directly spraying them they die within minutes. I used 2 packets per gallon and made two gallons. I had enough to spray my townhouse front and back, the back of my friends house and the entire perimeter of my mothers single family home with some still to waste on the last gallon. I was a little spray friendly with my first application b/c there were so many bugs. All in all, I like this product and I'm def going to buy more for a spring application. I like that you can buy 4 packets for $13. Especially since I have such a small area to deal with. We'll see how long it takes for the bugs to find their way back to my front door :)

I bought a small cabin in the Texas hill country 2 years ago that had been unoccupied for several years. I had NO idea that it was scorpion infested until I tried to stay there. In one hour about dusk, I killed 4 scorpions. I put out 8 glue traps and got 14 scorpions by the time I returned 2 weeks later along with other insects. So clearly I had a major problem. I tried 3 other products purchased at various stores and none seemed to make a difference. My neighbor told me he sprays Demon in and around his house every other month and rarely sees one even in the spring when they are breeding. So I tried Demon and sprayed in and around my cabin heavily. I came back in a week and didn't see any new insect activity in my glue traps or dead ones on the floor or patio. I was thrilled. I didn't even see flies! Now I've got my other neighbor using it. I will continue to spray Demon every 6 - 8 weeks to make sure I keep these nasty pests (and who knows what else) are under control. Thanks, DMOPC for carrying Demon in the 1 lb container at a reasonable price!

I had a large infestation of red wasps and yellow jackets behind the vinyl siding on my house. We couldn't be outside without getting stung last summer and fall. This Demon WP was recommended by a friend. With warm weather coming, I had to act fast. I used a pump sprayer and mixed accordingly. I sprayed under the eaves and along the grooves in the end of the siding. The wasps were coming out in swarms (100's) as the temps were rising that morning. We watched from a distance as they crawled through the dried application. The next day, the population was down to about a third in numbers, with dead ones on the ground. After two days, there are a few left, but I will wait until after the rains to reapply. I have been looking for the new access holes they have been using to be sure and spray that area. I tried to spray the fire ant mounds without much success yet. Not sure if using the correct method of application. I have been spraying the mound and around it. The mounds are growing in size. Steroids? If you are in doubt about purchasing this product, I will say that it certainly eliminated my problem and I am going to order more soon to have extra.

I have used this product, after being referred to by my dad, who has used Demon WP for years now and is still using it to the day. The first time I used it, the rental home I was in was very mistreated by the former tenants and the German cockroach was a big problem. On initial application, I sprayed around the ceiling and wall cracks. Before I was finished with the main living room and moving on to the kitchen...hundreds of roaches were coming out of the wood work. I had to stop, get the vacuum with the wand, and start vacuuming the dying cockroaches from the ceiling and floors. After about 30 minutes, I was able to move on to the next room, repeating as I made my way through the home. I repeated the spray a few months later as directed. During the next year or so, I never had a roach problem again. If you visit my parents home, you will never see any type of insect within 50 ft of their home. If this product is applied correctly, it will be 100% effective. Spray along base boards, cupboards, nooks and crannies. If any left, walk outside and spray around edges of house. After initial first week spraying, repeat every 3 month. Kills everything from spiders, ants, roaches, palmetto bugs, fleas, weavels....you name it..... Most potent stuff a non licensed user can get. Like I said, my family swears upon it.

We purchased a home about six months ago and found out later that this area apparently has a scorpion infestation. My husband has tried several products with moderate success but was able to keep the scorpions out of the house until recently. After returning from a short trip and locating a live scorpion in one of the bedrooms, and in desperation, I turned to the internet to try to find a solution. This Demon product showed up in my search and after reading several reviews to my husband, he asked that I purchase the one pound container. One week later, he is happy to report that this product has provided the results he has sought. After spraying close to the house and around the driveway and seeing the results, he has now sprayed the perimeter of our property along the curb line and across the edge of the driveway and hasn't seen any scorpions, alive or dead since spraying the perimeter. We're definitely sold on this product and will continue to use it. We hate those little creepy invaders and are thrilled to have found the solution to them.

I recently moved into a newly constructed log house. I built it on undeveloped land. After I moved in I was surprised one early morning by a huge wolf spider. It was just hanging out on the wall watching me. I killed it with a broom. I'm the sort of person that catches stink bugs and puts them back outside. I really hate killing things. But, I can't tolerate huge spiders in my house. I had small spiders crawling across me when I sat on the sofa. Small spiders crawling on the walls in several rooms.Spiders were on my coats. I got so paranoid that I checked my bed before I climbed in it. My brother had purchased your product and let me try some. I was hooked. I ordered my own after that. I have not seen any more huge spiders since the initial application. I must admit I am still on constant alert when I enter a room. My eyes dart from ceiling to floor. I still check my bed. Hopefully in time I can relax. Thank you so much for your wonderful product. I always tell people about it. I highly recommend it.

For years, the day after the cornfield across from us gets cut, we have been literally infested with houseflies and ladybugs. Crawling and dropping in our meals and the stinky ladybugs leaving poop trails on our painted walls...ICKY. We had had enough. Did some research and made this purchase with the recommended sprayer. I sprayed it all over the front of the house where the problem area was. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! The flies and ladybugs landed on the outside of the house and after crawling a little bit, they dropped onto the deck. Of course, a few snuck in through the cracks (it's a log house), but only maybe 2% of what we usually get. Had to use a leaf blower to blow the dead bugs away. It also worked on some hiding wasps. We usually have to vacuum the windows and sills for two weeks and use at least three fly bombs. We're talking Amityville Horror flies...We didn't even have to bomb once!! I will definitely re-order this and apply again in the Spring.

My mom owns a house out in the Texas HillCountry that has become somewhat of a weekend home and never had anyone truly live in it. When anyone had the time to go to the house it was expected to find at least 3 scorpions in the house. And during a weekend visit, we'd probably kill at least three more just inside the house. One even fell off the ceiling while we were having coffee and landing right in the center of the table. They thrive at this property, almost literally in every nook and crany both inside and out. I was referred to a different product on this site but reseached more and felt the Demon was better suited to our scorpion infestation. It worked! It took two batches to saturate the indicated areas on the outside of the house and I did not even spray the inside. Over the course of a week I found only two scorpions inside and one was already dead and the other dying. TRIUMPH! It's been another week since I've been at the house so I am curious to see how it is doing over the course of some passed time. I will update after a couple of months as the treatment says it should not be necessary but about once every 3 months. The only downfall is that with any poison you do end up killing other bugs you may not want to. There literally was bug carnage along the perimeter I created on the patio...everything from locusts, cave crickets, spiders but I was sad to have killed two rather impressively large stick bugs.

I've used and loved Demon WP for many a year. Originally, we had a stink bug problem, they'd carpet the side of the house and then attack my daughter. I read where nothing could kill them. I played with them trying different things, like Raid, detergent, did find a mix that eventually would get around to it. But Demon, on the other hand, if it didn't kill them, at least repelled them from the outside of the house. This kept them from coming into the house when we opened the doors, two dogs, two grandkids, two daughters, can be a lot of opening. We still get the occasional stinker in the house, but only two or three a year. Then I had a 1:00 a.m. basement office wolf spider problem. Every night within 30 minutes of 1:00 a.m. one would appear and I'd kill it. Light bulb went on, Demon? So I sprayed with that and never saw another 'live' spider. Then two summers ago, we had fleas. We took the animals to Petco Vet. They said bomb the house, I said I couldn't, not with an infant in the house. They said, "Bomb the house and go on vacation." Yeah, with what money? So we came up with a plan. My daughter was taking the kids to an all-day event the next day. I sprayed the basement that night. She washed the cats the next morning and they were confined to the basement. The dogs were washed and confined to the bathroom. They left. I sprayed. I turned some fans on to get some air movement to help dry it faster. That ended those fleas. We got infested again, a couple of months ago, it's an environmental thing. It's very woodsy. A guest was furious with me when I asked that he put repellent on his pant legs when he sat in the park at night and drank. He was staying in our basement for a while. He blamed the dogs for the fleas because ONE went downstairs. She only occasionally went downstairs. She didn't have fleas. He sprayed a small area rug to fix the problem??? He eventually left. I sprayed the whole basement floor one morning, then sprayed the dining room, kitchen and living room before bed. Sprayed the bedrooms after everybody left the next day. Fleas gone. We had 'termites'. It was strange. The kitchen was invaded, all around a skylight. I sent one of the kids up with Demon to just spray the whole roof! My feeling was with the storm the night before a tree limb might have hit the house and they were swarming that??? The Modern Exterminator guy told me they come from the basement up. I tried different explanations, he snarled basement up! So I said, "Show me!" He took me down to show me the tunnels or whatever, and there weren't any. He removed the tiles from the ceiling, didn't replace them, etc. After he got done, I said, "And?" He walked up the basement steps, out the back door, got in his truck and left!!! I had watched previous exterminators for 30 years. I talked to them. They would give me tips like spraying that spot inside the window where the window goes up and down, especially if you have ants. I spray the door sills. So I just keep doing what I'm doing. The other day I found three bees dead on a desk in the basement. Oh, I found one or two dead on the washer. Oh, I've also been doing my own quarterly extermination, inside and out for a really long time. I was really upset when they stopped selling the Demon 1 lb jar. But I'll live, they still sell Demon and it still works.
