Scot from Harrisburg, Pa writes

Did I just kill my garden plants by spraying them with Tenacity Herbicide?

I have a lot of ornamental (sea) grasses, and just sprayed Tenacity over all my beds, in an effort to suppress an overgrowth of weeds. I also have seedling Crepe Myrtle bushes. Should I be worried, and is there anything that will counter-act Tenacity on a mis-sprayed plant?

Answer:

Tenacity Herbicide should not be used around or on desirable ornamentals and/or trees or used within 3 feet of trees or ornamentals.  Unfortunately, there is not a product that can be used to reverse the effects of the Tenacity sprayed on intolerant plants.
