Do I apply Ferti-lome Liquid Systemic Fungicide II directly on the lilac bush or do I put it around the base of the bush???

Answer:

  Fertilome Liquid Systemic Fungicide II can be used on lilacs. You will apply directly to the affected area, including the leaves of the plant. The point of runoff would be where the leaves are saturated and the product can be seen running off the leaves. The mixing ratio is 1 to 2 tablespoons per gallon of water.
