Do I reseed during first or second application of Tenacity?

I see instructions here saying that I should reseed at the same time as I apply the Tenacity, but also that I should reapply Tenacity after 2-3 weeks. Should I reseed during the first application or during the second?

Answer:

Per the label of Tenacity Herbicide, this product can be applied at the same time of seed, except fine fescue. It is recommended that you mow at least two days before and/or two days after.
