Do you tear the Gladiator Place Pack Pellets open or leave it close for rodents to chew it open?

The Gladiator Place Pack Pellets are intended for the rodents to gnaw and chew the pellet packs as this is natural feeding behavior. You do not need to open or tear the packets open for the rodents to feed on the pellets.
