Yes, you will need to put the Contrac All-Weather Blox with Lumitrack in a tamper resistant bait station to protect the bait from weather elements but also to keep non target animals and kids from accessing the bait. If a dog or cat were to consume the bait directly it can be harmful. There is an antidote available from your Vet if this were to happen.
