Ferti-Lome For All Seasons Lawn Food Plus Crabgrass and Weed  is labeled for prostrate spurge.  It is a pre-emergent so it will prevent spurge from growing, but will not kill existing spurge.  It is safe for established centipede lawns.  You should check with your local cooperative extension office for a recommendation on the best application timing in your area.
