We have a native grass here called Buffalo grass. Very hard to kill; you have to pull it up time and again. Hoping this product will take out Buffalo grass!
Ferti-lome Over the Top II Weed Killer is not labeled to control buffalograss, and it is not safe for use on desirable turfgrass. You may consider spot-treating the buffalo grass with a non-selective herbicide such as Hi-Yield Killzall and then reseeding any bare spots. Otherwise, we recommend contacting your local cooperative extension office to see what you can use in your desired turf to kill buffalograss.
